NPUSC Outside District Student Transfer applications are now OPEN for the 2026-2027 school year. 

Please fill out the following form and email it to npforms@npusc.k12.in.us

Forms can also be picked up at our Central Office building, Monday-Thursday, 7 am-4 pm CST. 

Students will be accepted based on enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year.
