NPUSC Outside District Student Transfer applications are now CLOSED for the first semester of 2023-2024 school year. 

Please fill out the following form and submit to npforms@npusc.k12.in.us. Students will be accepted based on enrollment for 2023-2024 school year. 

Applications will be taken for second semester in January 2024.
